This isn’t a day of sitting in your seat taking pages of notes you’ll never look at again. You’ll learn, workshop, practice, speak, receive feedback, and leave having actually used what you’ve learned in the room.

We’ll start with the woman behind the message.
Rachael will guide you through an identity experience designed to connect you with the version of you you’re stepping into - bringing that vision through your beliefs, skills and the way you actually show up.
Then Jemma will take you into the message itself: getting clear on the people you want to be known by, what they actually care about, how you position your expertise and the key messages that make your business stand out.
And you won’t just think about it quietly in your notebook. You’ll workshop your ideas with other women in the room so you can start sharpening your message while you’re there.

Once you know what you want to say, we work on how you say it.
Rachael will teach you a practical communication and delivery framework to help you speak in a way that feels natural, confident and compelling - whether you’re introducing yourself at an event, talking on camera, pitching an opportunity or standing on a stage.
You’ll practice it, receive feedback and then have the opportunity to bring your message into the room during our Unmissable Hot Seats.
Jemma will coach the message itself. Rachael will coach the way you’re delivering it.

My work is built on one belief: that powerful businesses should have messaging that actually reflects how good they are.
I started Main Character Content after sitting on my deck on a Zoom call, watching a room full of brilliant coaches slowly die inside while they talked about Instagram. They weren't bad at their work - they were all incredible. But the way they talked about themselves? Beige. Safe. Charisma-empty. And it was costing them sales.
I built this business in thirty minutes because I knew I could fix their problem.
Since then I've replaced a corporate income, signed a $24k client on my first-ever sales call, spoken on stages, and built a booked-out business with under 200 followers - because I practice exactly what I teach.
I'm known for pulling original messaging out of thin air mid-conversation, translating someone's voice so accurately their closest friends can't tell I wrote it, and spotting the thing that makes a business genuinely different… then building the words around it that make people stop and pay attention.
But what actually sets my work apart is the depth behind it. With six years of coaching experience in identity and confidence work alongside a background in psychology and mindset, I don't just help you figure out what to say - I help you work through why saying it out loud has felt so hard, and what to do about it.

One of the biggest things business has taught me is that working on the woman behind the business is just as important as the strategy.
It shows you where you trust yourself, where you hold back, where you fear being judged, and whether you’re willing to use your voice when it matters. It’s the premise I’ve built my work around: your business grows when you do.
Communication is one of the clearest places I’ve seen that play out. I’ve spent more than 20 years learning and refining it - from speech training, debating, theatre and public speaking as a kid, to more than six years in media delivering hundreds of presentations, pitches and client conversations.
That experience set me up to speak on stages and panels, MC events, and create and host my own full-day workshop, where I spoke and coached for hours without notes.
What I’m best at is seeing the version of someone that’s possible for them (often bigger than what they can currently see for themselves), and spotting what’s getting in the way. I can hear where they’re shrinking what they really want to say, see where they’re making themselves smaller, and know which question, tool or subconscious process to use to help shift it.
Behind that is my training as a Certified Professional Hypnotist, Master Practitioner of NLP and Matrix Therapies, and certified coach, speaker and trainer. My work brings personal development into business, helping women shift the patterns beneath how they show up so they can communicate more powerfully, trust themselves more deeply and take bolder action towards what they want.
To me, being unmissable isn’t about being the loudest person in the room. It’s about being clear in who you are, connected to what you’re saying, and willing to fully express it.

Whether speaking is something you’ve wanted to do for years but haven’t quite felt ready for, or you’re already a confident speaker who wants to sharpen your skills, you’re welcome here.
The only thing we ask is that you come ready to give it a go, be coached and stay open to what you could do even better.

The event will be held in St Peters in Sydney. The venue address will be shared with you upon ticket purchase.

The best and easiest way to get to the venue is to catch the train to St Peters station. The venue is about 3-5mins walk from the station.
There is parking around the venue, however it is limited to 4h max, so you would need to move your car during the day.

The official workshop runs from 10am–4:30pm, followed by an extra hour of drinks, nibbles, networking and content time from 4:30–5:30pm.
We’d recommend keeping the full 10am–5:30pm free if you can so you can enjoy the complete Unmissable experience, although you’re absolutely welcome to leave at 4:30pm if needed.
