Hey, I’m Rachael Day 👋🏼
As a kid, I loved the spotlight. I wanted the lead in every school play and musical, made it my mission to be the loudest in the room, and couldn’t get enough of being front and centre.
But growing up, the pressure to fit in and the fear of judgment crept in. Standing out felt scary. I’d feel waves of self-doubt whenever I had to speak, present, or even make small talk. On the outside, people often thought I was confident… but in reality, I was fighting back yet another nervous poo…
For years, I tried to push through it, but surface-level confidence wasn’t cutting it. Everything shifted when I started doing the deeper inner work: rebuilding my mindset, self-trust, and identity, while mastering how I communicated and carried myself.
I came to see confidence as something whole: a grounded belief in yourself, paired with the presence and voice that lets you be truly seen and heard, to make the impact you’re here to make!
